Smooth the bottom of the liner, and check the areas where the clay slabs were joined. Ideally they should
be smooth and hardly visible. If not, repair the joints using more clay if necessary. Do not just smooth over
the joint. Make sure that the clay in the joint is fully combined.

Step 12
Cover the liners in sacking or polythene to slow the drying process, especially if the weather is hot and dry.
If the liners dry too fast, they may crack.
